Earth x Space Celebration 2026

4th Annual - From the RGV to the Moon and Beyond
Inspiring the Rio Grande Valley Through Science, Sustainability & Exploration

About Earth x Space

The Earth x Space Celebration was created by brothers Dr. Samuel García Jr. and Steven García to engage the Rio Grande Valley community in science, sustainability, and opportunity.

What began as a simple idea quickly grew through collaboration, including an early partnership with the South Texas Astronomical Society, helping bring hands on astronomy and STEM experiences to the Mid Valley.

With the support of educators, organizations, and community partners, the event has become a signature annual celebration connecting families, students, and leaders across the region
